Images of the first Samsung mobile phone to use the latest version of Google's Android operating system have surfaced online.

Korean mobile site Samsung Hub has published pictures of the upcoming Samsung M100S, which is home to a 3.7-inch AMOLED touchscreen and employs Samsung's own TouchWIZ user interface over the top of the basic Android package.

Wi-Fi and GPS connectivity are also likely to feature in the handset, along with an 800MHz processor to keep everything running smoothly and the newest 2.1 edition of Android.

The digital camera can capture High Definition (HD) video at 720 frames per second and is capable of taking five megapixel still shots.

The M100S is set to launch in Korea in March 2010 and is expected to make its way to the UK under a different name soon after.
