I have been with 02 for some years now and was very happy until recently. This all changed when they tried charging me £135 for internet access that I hadn't used.
I had quite a good deal with them - £17 a month for 600mins, plus 1000 mins at the weekend sat to mon. This was the case for 3 years. But now they want £30 a month for the same deal over 24 months. So although I have been with them for 5 years now they want to treat me worse instead of better. Good customer relations, ha!

Around the 2nd feb, I placed an order online for a upgrade. It gave me phones I could choose on a 12 month contract. I placed an order for a Sony Ericsson 6600i. I had no email repy so I called o2.
They said they had no copy of this order and that I should call back in 2 days. I did and still there was no copy. So she said I could have a 12 month contract and £100, when what I had realy wanted was a 12 month contract and a phone.
Then on the 7th feb, I had a text on my mobile saying the phone was being delivered in two days; but i have not received this yet. Now my point is, why did O2 let me go through with the order and say which phone I could have on 12 month contract at the same rate? For me this is false advertising.

I have been with 02 few years and I have no problems with them. However, recently I have seen lots good deals with other networks.
My plan with 02 is 600 minutes 500 text and free weekend calls for which i am paying £35, which is quite expensive.
